Vendor Guide

Learn how to sell on AgasekeStore — from verification to listings, orders, and payouts.

AgasekeStore connects verified vendors with shoppers across Rwanda. This guide walks you through getting started and running a successful shop.

1. Create your account

Sign up with a valid email and phone number. Keep your profile details accurate so buyers and our team can reach you.

2. Apply to become a vendor

  • Shop or business name
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • National ID or passport upload
  • Mobile Money network and payout number

We review applications to keep the marketplace trusted. You will be notified when your shop is approved.

3. Set up your store

  • Add a clear store logo and description
  • List products with accurate titles, photos, prices, and stock
  • Choose categories that match what you sell
  • Keep inventory updated so buyers are not disappointed

4. Fulfill orders

When a customer orders, prepare the item promptly, confirm pickup or delivery details, and communicate through AgasekeStore messages when needed. Honor every confirmed order.

5. Get paid

Payouts are sent to the Mobile Money number you registered. Keep your MoMo details up to date in your vendor profile.
