Welcome to AgasekeStore. By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use AgasekeStore.

1. About AgasekeStore

AgasekeStore is an online marketplace that connects buyers with verified vendors across Rwanda. Vendors are independent sellers. AgasekeStore provides the platform and related services but is not the seller of products listed by vendors unless explicitly stated.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must be at least 18, or use the platform under parental or guardian supervision
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law

3. Buying on AgasekeStore

Product details, pricing, and availability are provided by vendors. Orders are subject to confirmation, payment success, and stock availability. You agree to provide accurate delivery or pickup information.

4. Selling on AgasekeStore

• Vendors must complete verification and provide truthful business information
• Listings must be accurate, lawful, and properly described
• Vendors must honor confirmed orders and maintain inventory accuracy
• Vendors must comply with applicable laws, taxes, and platform policies
• Applicable fees and commissions may apply

5. Payments

Payments are processed by trusted payment partners. AgasekeStore does not store Mobile Money PINs, debit card PINs, or complete card information. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may affect order fulfillment.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the platform
• Listing illegal, counterfeit, or unsafe products
• Harassment of buyers, vendors, or staff
• Attempting to bypass security or scrape the service without permission
• Using AgasekeStore for unlawful purposes

7. Intellectual property

AgasekeStore branding, software, and platform content are protected. Vendors retain rights to their listing content but grant AgasekeStore a license to display it for marketplace operation and promotion.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgasekeStore is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from marketplace transactions between buyers and vendors, except where required by applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
