AgasekeStore is an online marketplace that connects buyers with verified vendors across Rwanda.
How do I place an order?+
Browse the catalog, add items to your cart, and checkout. You may need to sign in to complete purchase and track orders.
How do payments work?+
Payments are processed through trusted payment partners. AgasekeStore does not store your Mobile Money PIN, debit card PIN, or complete card information.
How do I become a vendor?+
Create an account, open Become a Vendor, and submit your shop details, TIN, ID, and MoMo payout information for verification.
How long does vendor verification take?+
Review times vary. We notify you when your application is approved or if we need more information.
Can I return a product?+
Return eligibility depends on the product and vendor policy. See Shipping & Returns for timelines and how to start a request.
How do I contact a vendor?+
Open the product or vendor storefront and use Messages when signed in.
Is my personal data safe?+
We use industry-standard security measures and only share information as described in our Privacy Policy.
